The Leachate Treatment Project at the Qingdao Xiaojianxi Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) waste-to-energy plant, managed by Shanghai SUS Environment, is located in the Hongdao Economic Zone of Qingdao City. This project is recognized as a National PPP Demonstration Project by the Ministry of Finance of China. It has also been designated as a Qingdao Environmental Education Base and honored as a "Benchmark Power Plant for Operational Excellence" under the Polaris Cup Awards. The project exemplifies advanced waste-to-energy practices with state-of-the-art leachate treatment solutions, contributing to improved environmental education, sustainable waste management, and industry operational benchmarks.
