These Zero-Liquid Discharge (ZLD) BOO (Build-Own-Operate) Projects are designed to achieve complete wastewater recycling, ensuring that no effluent is discharged. Through an advanced process of pre-treatment, concentration, evaporation, and crystallization, the projects successfully produce sodium chloride (NaCl), sodium sulfate (Na?SO?), and ammonium sulfate (NH?)?SO?, which are repurposed as valuable chemical raw materials. This solution not only eliminates wastewater discharge but also maximizes resource recovery, helping the client become the first vanadium enterprise in China to achieve comprehensive utilization of vanadium wastewater resources. By transforming waste into valuable resources, the project significantly enhances environmental sustainability and operational efficiency for the client.
